Cheesy Tomato Mushroom Chicken Casserole

boneless chicken breasts

Walnut Acres® Organic Portobello Marinara Pasta Sauce
2 cups
mushroom, sliced
8 oz
Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup
butter
1/4 cup
chopped flat leaf parsley
1 box
DeBoles® Gluten Free Rice Spirals Plus Golden Flax Pasta
Hain Pure Foods® Sea Salt to taste
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Place chicken in a 2 quart baking dish, pour tomato sauce over. Add sliced mushrooms and top with cheese.
- Dot chicken with knobs of the butter and bake in oven for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain. Toss in a little butter and season with Hain Pure Foods® Sea Salt and a pinch of black pepper.
- Place 1 cup of cooked pasta into each of 4 warmed pasta bowls, divide cooked chicken casserole evenly between pasta bowls, serve immediately.
